Campo Novo in Lisbon

LMSA, in partnership with Reify. and Saraiva+Associados, is closely associated with this project, providing support in areas such as special technical installation projects throughout the entire development. It will, therefore, be a large-scale intervention.

The Campo Novo, to be built right in front of the Alvalade stadium, is an innovative concept that combines 3 distinct zones:

• A residential zone composed of 3 buildings, each with private garden.
• An office zone composed of 4 buildings.
• In the center, between the residences and the offices, there will be an area dedicated to commerce and restaurants where it will be possible to hold events.

Our relationship and partnership with Reify./Sonae Sierra is not new and we are very happy to be part of another project of this great partner.
