Garden Hills in Lisbon

LMSA in new partnership with Reify. for the development of a new luxury development in São Domingos de Benfica, promoted by DAP Yapi, one of the biggest real estate developers in Turkey.

Near Estádio da Luz, Garden Hills will be built. A luxury development with 4.800m2 above ground, composed of 2 basements, 62 apartments and a shared pool on top of the building.

LMSA is responsible for the engineering projects and technical installations of the development including, among others, electrical and hydraulic installations, HVAC, energy certification, telecommunications installations, fire safety and gas networks.
