LMSI aims to be the company of excellence in Maintenance Management, Technical Audits, Engineering Projects, and Energy Management in Buildings, seeking to be recognized as a reference for quality, competence, and rigor in its field of activity.
VISION
LMSI provides engineering services in Design Engineering and Construction Management, Facilities Management, Building Consultancy, and WiseMetering: Software and hardware development for energy and water management in buildings, aiming to:
- Ensure the well-being of people, building occupants, through sustainable technological solutions;
- Contribute to the good performance of building systems and infrastructures, seeking to optimize operational costs, increasing the value of these real estate assets;
- Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings, as well as the best health and safety conditions related to it;
- Operate with a focus on the Quality of its services, environmental protection, and the promotion of health and safety at work, in accordance with the guiding principles of its Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Contribute to a service provision approach considering a human-centered perspective, in an inclusive and integrated manner;
- Develop and implement innovative and interdisciplinary engineering solutions.

COMMITMENTS
To continuously improve the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Safety, and contribute to greater and better efficiency and effectiveness of LMSI, the following commitments are made:
- Provide services with quality, exceeding customer needs and expectations according to established contractual requirements;
- Contribute to environmental protection by reducing the ecological footprint through pollution prevention and reducing consumption over the life cycle of buildings;
- Comply with applicable legislation regarding the environment, safety, and health;
- Integrate safety, health, and the environment into the company’s strategy and activities, providing the best work conditions and involving all employees and service providers in the safety culture and environmental protection;
- Identify hazards in all activities and assess and manage risks, minimizing negative impacts on people and the environment;
- Promote consultation and participation of employees or their representatives on SST matters or other issues related to their activities;
- Promote training and the enhancement of skills for all employees and service providers;
- Provide the necessary resources to contribute to continuous process improvement.
